Assets represent the physical equipment, attractions, and areas in your park. They are the foundation for safety checks and maintenance tracking.


What Is an Asset?

An asset is any piece of equipment, attraction, or area that needs to be inspected or maintained. Examples:

Assets are what safety checks are tied to. When you create a safety check group in a list, you assign it to a specific asset. This means all inspection data, tickets, and readings are organized by asset.

Viewing Assets

Go to Assets in the web portal. For each asset, you can see:

Closing an Asset

If an asset is out of service — whether it's being repaired, is seasonal, or is permanently retired — you can close it.
