Notification Preferences

Access your notification settings from the Settings section on the web portal. You can choose to receive notifications via:

Standard Notifications

Configure notifications for common events:

Event Description
List created A new list was added to your location
List late A scheduled list passed its due time without being submitted
List submitted A list was submitted for approval
Ticket created A new maintenance ticket was filed
Ticket assigned to you Someone assigned a ticket to you
Ticket updated A ticket you're following received a comment or status change

Toggle each on or off for email and/or push.

Custom Alerts

For more targeted notifications, create custom alerts:

  1. Go to Settings > Custom Alerts
  2. Click Create New Alert
  3. Configure the trigger:
  4. Set the delivery method (email)
  5. Choose who receives it (yourself or other team members)
