Sumba provides reporting tools to help you review operational performance, generate documentation for inspectors or insurance, and track equipment metrics over time.

Reports Overview

The Reports section gives you a high-level view across all your locations:

• On-time rate for each location
• Number of lists completed
• Open tickets
• Performance trends over the selected time period

Click into any location to drill down into its specific data.

Location Detail View

When you drill into a location, you'll see:

• Scheduled lists and their individual on-time rates
• Daily timeline — scroll through each day to see what was done, missed, or in progress
• Open tickets for that location
• All filterable by date range (default: last 7 days)

For each completed list, you can view:

• How long it took
• What percentage of items were completed
• Verification photos
• Tickets that were created
