This guide walks through completing a list on the Sumba mobile app, step by step.

Before You Start

• Make sure you're logged into the Sumba app (or using your PIN on a shared device)
• Select the correct location if your organization has multiple parks

Starting a List

1. Open the Sumba mobile app
2. On the home screen, you'll see:
   • Closed assets (if any)
   • Lists in progress (if you've started one but haven't finished)
   • Lists due soon
   • Open tickets
3. Tap on a list to begin

Completing Normal Tasks

For normal checklist items, simply:

• Checkmark tasks: Tap to check off
• Numerical input: Enter the number requested
• Photo upload: Take a photo using your device camera
• Comment input: Type your note

Each action is timestamped and attributed to you automatically.
